Health and wellbeing

We take a whole school approach to wellbeing. If a child is feeling safe, happy and confident they are more likely to learn at school and progress.

Support in school

Health and wellbeing is covered for students in PSHE lessons, encouraging everyone to support their physical and mental health.

If a child is worried during the school day they can talk to their teachers, tutors and student progress leaders. Students can be referred to the MHST team (link) and all students have access to a school counsellor.

Your wellbeing matters. If you’re facing challenges or simply want to take care of your mental and physical health, there are plenty of resources available to help. This section provides links to trusted websites, helplines, and organisations that offer advice, guidance, and support tailored to young people.
