Lift Sir Herbert Leon uses the Parent Portal/Arbor App and has set up an account for you.
The app will allow you to:
- view your child's timetable
- track their attendance
- track their detentions
- update us with new contact details
- update/provide your consent to photographs etc
The Arbor App can be downloaded from either the Playstore on android phones or the App Store on iPhones.
- Go to https://login.arbor.sc and click 'First time logging on' to finish setting up your account.
- At the next screen enter your email address. (This must match the email address we have on file for you.). Then click on 'Set Password'.
- Now you must go to your email. (Remember to check your junk folder.)
- Click on the link in this email and create a password. It will then provide the terms of use which you can read.
- Once you are satisfied, click on accept.
- You will then be asked to Verify the Account. You ned to enter the date of birth of your child.
- You will then be taken to the dashboard. You will be able to see your child's attendance and behaviour data on the right.
- Once you are logged in, please check the details we hold for you and your child and provide your consent for the sections detailed.
IMPORTANT: If you make any changes to your child's record they will be sent to the school to authorise, so please do not be alarmed if the changes do not show immediately.
